I was asked by AZ Architecture Studio to prepare presentation boards for the AIA/LA Next Awards. The first board is for a built project, the S Mark Taper Foundation Adult Day Health Care Center. This is an outpatient facility in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles for seniors who suffer from Alzheimer's.

The second board is the proposed schematic design for the Santa Monica Pier Central Restrooms. This project has since been completed, and has won awards for being among the best public restrooms in America.
